Patch 26.19 preview notes are here, and this is the first of League's two Worlds patches, meaning most of these numbers are locked in for the pro scene before 26.20 takes over as the actual tournament patch. This round brings buffs to ten champions including Aatrox, Aphelios, Fiora, and Kha'Zix, nerfs to six champions including Nasus, Vi, Ryze, and Rumble, a full damage profile shift on Lucian, plus a Teleport cooldown change on the Top Role Quest and a support item HP overhaul on World Atlas and Runic Compass. Patch 26.19 will arrive on September 23, 2026 according to the official patch schedule, and the next PBE cycle will begin 2 weeks later, right after the patch goes live.
