Akali (Buff)

• E AP Ratio: 30% → 40%
• E CD: 7/6/5/4/3 s → 6/5/4/3/2 s
• E Energy Cost: 60 → 60/55/50/45/40

Galio (Buff)

• E Cast Range: 1100 → 1175 (Display: 1100 → 1125)
• E Display Hitbox: 200 → 160
• E Missile Width: 60 → 160
• E Missile Speed: 1200 → 1300
• E Cast Time: 0.4 s → 0.25 s

Kassadin (Buff)

• Q AP Ratio: 60% → 70%
• E Damage: 60/120/180/240/300 (+80% AP) → 80/130/180/230/280 (+70% AP)

Poppy (Buff)

• Q now crits total AD, converts Sheen to magic.

• Passive disables on death
